Five days of FUN – problem solving, practical activities, teamwork, computer coding, drone technology and creativity – at a venue near you.

In 2017 participants in the Sentinus STEM Summer School will be tasked with bringing disaster relief to the inhabitants of a remote village struck by natural disaster.  They will have to create emergency shelter, transport food and water over mountains, establish communication channels and programme remote vehicles to negotiate rough terrain.  This will be a hugely rewarding programme for young people who enjoy a challenge.

Sentinus will run nine one week programmes during July and August of 2017, taking place in Ballymena, Belfast, Coleraine, Cookstown, Derry, Enniskillen, Newcastle, Newry and Newtownabbey.  Each day will commence at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm, although children can be dropped off at 8.30am and collected no later than 5.00pm, activities will be provided during these times. The cost per child, per week, is £95.00.
