Personal Effectiveness

Target Group: Years 12 - 14

This one-day interactive programme, developed by Sentinus, helps students to develop the personal and life skills required for employment through practical activities, covering areas including:

• communication skills;
• assertiveness;
• presentation skills;
• self assessment;
• working with others;
• organisation;
• time management. 

Up to 60 pupils can participate in each programme.
